Laughter has always been at the heart of Jasmin and Hugo’s relationship. Whether it’s an inside joke or Hugo just being his naturally goofy self, he has this effortless way of making Jasmin smile, cheer up, and laugh out loud.
Getting to capture their story meant taking a quick trip out to California for their pre-wedding bridal session, then heading back a month later for the main event. From start to finish, every single detail of their wedding day was so thoughtfully planned. They wanted a day that felt bright, fun, and overflowing with color—and that’s exactly what came to life.
The morning set the tone for everything to come. As beautiful tablescapes and colorful decor were brought in, Hugo made sure to have one of his groomsmen deliver a surprise bouquet of flowers to Jasmin while she was getting ready. Amidst all the busy energy, there were so many sweet, quiet moments—like Jasmin’s mom helping put in her veil, followed by emotional first looks with her dad and her bridesmaids.
When it came time for the ceremony, the fun really began. The bridal party literally danced their way down the aisle, stopping for a few candid, fun poses along the way. Every detail felt so personal and elevated, including a giant “Best Day Ever” piñata sign that set the mood for the rest of the night.
The reception was an absolute party designed to keep everyone entertained. They had dessert trucks, an ice cream pop-up, a photobooth, a custom kiss cam cutout frame, and a cake with candles to blow out. One of the best moments of the night was a dance-off to decide which table got food first—each table nominated their best dancer, and they went all out!
Hugo was so humble, kind, and focused on letting Jasmin shine the entire day. Capturing all the love, genuine laughs, and bright energy between these two was such a joy.
