Justin + Zachary Proposal

Buffalo Peak, Provo Canyon

So, fun back story: I actually met Justin and Zachary while we were all attending Utah State University! My husband and I became friends with them, and went on some fun double dates. So I was beyond excited when Justin asked me to photograph his proposal.

His vision was so sweet and thoughtful. He brought Zachary to a beautiful spot in Provo Canyon, which is the exact place they took their very first photos together. While they were on their way, a few of their closest friends set up these gorgeous floral pillars with photos of them hanging.

Zachary started catching on to what was happening, during the drive up the dirt road, but seeing his face when they walked up to the setup was unforgettable. Justin read a handwritten letter and proposed, and Zachary said yes! Then, Zachary pulled out a ring and proposed right back. Their matching rings even have each other’s birthstones in them, which was such a special detail.

Capturing this moment for two sweet friends was an absolute dream, and I couldn’t be happier for them! And I can’t wait to document their wedding next year!
